Job description
$20,000 Commitment Bonus for experienced Registered Nurses
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with a minimum of six on-call shifts per month, including one full weekend (Friday-Sunday).

Our Surgery/OR team is committed to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. We are a community-focused rural facility featuring six main operating rooms and one dedicated OB surgical suite. Our surgical services include general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, and other specialties. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced OR nurse to join our surgical team.
How you'll contribute
A Registered Nurse who excels in this role:
* Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
* Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
* Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
* Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
* Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient

What we're looking for
* Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement.
* Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire
* ACLS is required within 90 days of hire
* Associate's degree in nursing is required (Bachelor's degree is preferred)
* 1-2 years of Operating Room RN experience is required.
