Job description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications
Current, active RN license
Proven experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting
BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
Solid understanding of aseptic technique and surgical procedures
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations
Attention to detail and patient safety focus
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care during all phases of surgical procedures
Prepare the OR and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are sterilized and available
Monitor patient status throughout surgery and act quickly in emergencies
Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams for optimal, coordinated patient care
Document nursing actions, operative notes, and patient responses accurately
Promote a safe and supportive environment for both patients and surgical staff
Stay current on best practices and compliance with protocols

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
