Role Overview:
Provides high-quality nursing services as a frontline member of the patient care team, serving as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions; develop and implement care plans; ensure effective care delivery and documentation.
Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and promoting patient-centered care to enhance satisfaction.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational goals for quality and safety.
Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.
Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and upholding professional standards.
Adhere to policies, confidentiality, safety, and shared governance principles.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Valid nursing license (RN) and required certifications including BLS, ACLS, or equivalent upon hire.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
