Job description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident to provide patient care in the Neuro Department.
Responsibilities include:
Utilizing the nursing process to deliver safe, effective patient care.
Evaluating the care provided by team members and coordinating with other departments.
Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
Performing duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN).
Current RN license in the state or eligible for licensure via a compact.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications as required.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
Preferred Skills: Compassion, attention to detail, effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to standards.
