Job Summary

Responsibilities

Monitor patients' conditions closely, ventilator support, and responding promptly to emergencies.
Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies while maintaining accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning, case management, ensuring seamless transitions of care.
Skills
Strong knowledge of nursing practices across multiple specialties including critical care, emergency medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, internal medicine, and long-term care environments.
Familiarity with advanced clinical procedures such as tube feeding management,
Excellent caregiver communication skills to educate patients and families about treatment plans while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
