Job description
HCA Healthcare is seeking an RN OR Service Line Coordinator to support surgical services and drive excellence in patient care. In this role, you will coordinate day-to-day OR activities for a designated service line, including case scheduling, instrument and supply readiness, and collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams. You will provide direct perioperative nursing care, support staff education and competency, assist with policy and process improvements, and monitor quality and safety metrics. This position is ideal for an OR nurse who excels at clinical coordination, communication, and leading through teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
