Job description
Position: Registered Nurse, Orthopedic Spine Medical Telemetry
Location: Skokie Hospital
Shift: Day shift with rotating weekends (7am-7:30pm)
Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80/hour, based on experience and expertise
Responsibilities:
Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a specific patient population
Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experiences
Qualifications and Skills:
Current Illinois Nursing License required
Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
BLS/CPR certification required
Prior nursing experience preferred; CNA experience acceptable for new graduates
