Job description
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct, evidence-based nursing care using the full nursing process. You will assess and monitor patient conditions, develop and adjust individualized care plans, administer treatments, educate patients and families, and coordinate interdisciplinary discharge planning. The role includes delegating to support staff, promoting patient safety, participating in quality improvement, and maintaining clinical competencies in a hospital setting.
