Job description
St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for the PACU Recovery Room. In this role, you will provide post-anesthesia care to surgical patients, including continuous assessment, pain and symptom management, hemodynamic monitoring, and safe recovery from sedation. The RN collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interprofessional teams, ensuring accurate documentation, patient and family education, and adherence to safety and infection control standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment that supports ongoing education, clinical advancement, and professional growth.
