Role Overview:
This position involves assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating nursing care to meet patient needs, ensuring safety and promoting positive patient and family experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate from a specialized nursing program, possess current licensure, and demonstrate compassionate, team-oriented care. Ability to work in a clinical environment, problem-solve, and adhere to policies is essential.
