KINDHEARTED HEALTHCARE SERVICES INC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our growing team in Pasadena, MD. Responsibilities:
Skilled in Trach and Vent
Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans in alignment with clinical best practices
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures accurately and safely
Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
Respond promptly and effectively to patient needs and emergencies
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program
Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
Previous clinical nursing experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skillsi>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
