Job description
FMOL Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver patient care within the health care team philosophy practice model. The role includes patient teaching, discharge planning, and collaboration with ancillary departments to maintain high standards of care.
Responsibilities include implementing care plans, leading unit nursing functions, upholding safety and confidentiality, and ensuring accurate charting and medication administration. A valid RN license and BLS are required.
