Job description
Northwell Health is seeking a registered nurse to deliver age-specific nursing care using the nursing process. You will assess health status, collaborate with physicians and the health team, and coordinate care plans and delegation on the patient care unit.
The role requires NYS RN licensure, and a BSN is preferred with BSN progression supported within five years. You will participate in discharge planning and patient education, ensuring high-quality care for diverse patient populations.
