Job description
Mary Washington Healthcare seeks a Level II Competent Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical setting. The RN will execute nursing processes across assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to support quality outcomes.
Responsibilities include leading nursing care, coordinating with patients, families, and health team members, and participating in performance improvement and policy development within the unit.
