Job description
Aurora Health Care in Milwaukee seeks a registered nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, assess needs, plan and implement individualized interventions, and evaluate outcomes. You will involve patients and families and maintain therapeutic relationships across the continuum of care.
You will anticipate changes in patient conditions, coordinate with the health care team, support safe discharge planning, promote safety, and participate in quality improvement.
