Job description
Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care for a designated population, collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and coordinate care across shifts and services. You will collect data, perform age- and disease-specific assessments, implement care plans, educate patients and families, and document care in the EHR.
A BSN in progress and/or Nurse Residency program participation are preferred, with NJ RN licensure required, and a minimum
