Job description
Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio seeks a Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The RN delivers high-acuity, evidence-based care to complex, medically stable patients transitioning from ICU or step-down. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessment, cardiac/telemetry monitoring, medication and IV administration, care planning, and timely documentation in the EHR. The nurse collaborates closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, educates patients and families, and supports safe discharge planning.
