About This Role
The Registered Nurse (PD1) in the ICU provides highly professional and technical nursing care to critically ill patients. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Schedule: Part-Time, Rotating
What You'll Do
Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
Oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Support the care of unstable and critically ill patients throughout the hospital.
Perform a variety of patient care and technical duties in the outpatient Device Clinic.
Educate patients and families regarding device function and clinic follow-up routine.
Assist with rapid responses and Code Blue on inpatient units.
Evaluate the patient/family/significant other’s responses to established goals and interventions.
Implement clinical and technical aspects of care and physicians’ orders.
Coordinate and collaborate with other multidisciplinary team members for comprehensive care.
Ensure timely and proper documentation and billing.
Requirements
Education: Nursing diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Experience: 2 years of Critical Care experience required.
Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in Massachusetts required. BLS and ACLS certifications required.
