Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient RN to assess, plan, and deliver compassionate nursing care in a clinical setting.
The role involves evaluating patient needs, coordinating interdisciplinary care, administering treatments and medications, and ensuring safety and patient satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans
Addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
Providing direct patient care and evaluating intervention outcomes
Collaborating with physicians, staff, and families to optimize care
Troubleshooting equipment and participating in evidence-based practice decisions
Engaging in quality improvement and safety initiatives
Qualifications:
Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills are essential.
