Job description
Role
Inpatient RN responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and develop personalized care plans. Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs. Troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Demonstrates compassionate, patient-centered care, effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to organizational policies.
Key Duties
Ensure optimal patient and family experiences, promote safety, and support patient satisfaction through compassionate care and effective interaction. Engage in unit-based decision making, safety education, and quality improvement activities.
