Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, OR Experience: 2 years Certifications: ACLS-AHA
BLS-AHA SSN Required DOB Required References: 2 References in the last 24 months Driver's License Copy On-File UHS Specific Employment History Cover surgical techs must be certified
