Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across our Connecticut network. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations, collaborating closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, documenting in the EMR, patient and family education, and supporting safe discharge planning. You’ll work with advanced technology, participate in quality and safety initiatives, and grow through ongoing training in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
