Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care across disciplines, and educate patients and families on care plans and disease management. You will collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals, champion safety and quality standards, and document care accurately in the EMR.
