Job description
Lovelace Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide post-surgical care in our patient-focused, mission-driven environment. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult post-op patients, manage pain and wound care, monitor vital signs, and recognize complications. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient and family education, care coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and accurate documentation. RNs participate in quality initiatives, follow evidence-based protocols, mentor support staff, and contribute to a collaborative culture focused on safety, clinical excellence, and improved outcomes.
