Job description
Encompass Health in Salisbury, MD seeks a full-time Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in inpatient rehabilitation. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, complex orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and precept as needed.
