Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Pre-Admission team. In this role, you will conduct thorough pre-admission assessments, review medical histories, medications, and diagnostic results, and coordinate required testing to ensure safe, efficient surgical and procedural care. You will educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure instructions, collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and document all care accurately in the EMR.
