Job Opportunity in Washington, DC
Join our dedicated healthcare team in the vibrant city of Washington, DC. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to contribute to our PreOp and PACU unit. This role offers a balanced schedule with no on‑call or weekend duties, allowing you to enjoy the rich cultural and historical offerings of the nation's capital.
Work Schedule: 4x10 D/E shifts (6-***, 9-1930, , )
Floating Requirement: May float to main OR if census permits/needed
Local Rate: Applicable within *** miles of the facility
Requirements
Successful completion of the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and 100% on lethal rhythms
Pending DC license accepted with proof of pending status at the time of submission
Must have DC license in hand prior to start date
BLS Certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience in general PACU, including administration of blood products, infection control, specimen handling and labeling, and general PACU procedures
Flu vaccination required for all travelers
