Job description
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered care in ambulatory cardiovascular clinics, including cardiology, CV health, education, and cardiac rehab. Responsibilities encompass
coordinating nursing care and patient transitions
conducting chart reviews
collaborating with providers to ensure accurate appointments and testing
focusing on patient education and interdisciplinary support
The role involves
supervising direct patient care
mentoring and teaching
participating in quality improvement initiatives
anddelegating tasks based on skill and acuity.
Qualifications include agraduation from an accredited nursing program
one year of recent RN experience, preferably in cardiovascular care
current RN licensure and BLS certification
excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
