Job description
Health by Design is seeking a Registered Nurse for our North San Antonio primary care clinic. The RN will provide professional nursing care to an adult and adolescent population (14+), perform blood draws, and utilize the Elation EHR system to document care.
The role offers a full-time schedule, no weekend shifts, and a broad benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and life insurance. Liking patient-centered, preventative care helps drive our value-based approach.
