Wausau, WI | Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available

Aspirus is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our newly expanded, state-of-the-art Cardiac Tower and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Wausau, WI.
This is more than a traditional bedside nursing opportunity. It’s a chance to work with complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients, gain high-acuity clinical experience, and develop advanced skills in a modern cardiac care environment.

What You’ll Gain

What You’ll Do
Provide safe, compassionate care to complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients
Monitor high-acuity patients and recognize changes in condition
Manage IV drips, chest tubes, central lines, and advanced telemetry
Respond quickly and appropriately to changes in patient status
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Deliver patient-centered care focused on quality outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Current RN license in Wisconsin or compact-state eligibility
Interest in cardiac, high-acuity, or critical care nursing
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
BLS certification required
ACLS preferred; training may be available if needed
New graduate and experienced RNs are encouraged to apply
