Job description
Ultipro in South Lake Tahoe, CA is hiring a Registered Nurse for Quality & Patient Safety. The role is full-time, on-site, standard 5-8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with an emphasis on quality management and patient safety initiatives.
Experience in acute care, plus knowledge of regulatory standards, is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred and CA/NV RN licensure pursued. The position involves data reporting, committee work, and ensuring continuous readiness for surveys.
