Job description
LifeBridge Health, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse for our ICU Step Down unit. In this role, you will deliver high-acuity, patient-centered care to adults transitioning from intensive care, performing comprehensive assessments, continuous monitoring, and timely interventions. You will manage complex medications, telemetry, and post-acute needs while ensuring accurate EMR documentation. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards.
