Job description
Mercy Springfield offers a year-long Nurse Residency Program tailored to the specialty area in which each nurse is hired. Nurses work 12-hour shifts 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am with rotational weekends.
Full time or part time positions available, with comprehensive benefits and education support. The unit provides a broad range of learning opportunities in a medical-surgical setting, including complex diagnoses and post-surgical care.
