Job description
The Registered Nurse - Resource Nurse in the ICU at Hackensack Meridian Health is responsible for delivering evidence-based nursing practices and ensuring safe, individualized patient care. What You'll Do
Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care.
Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members.
Ensure optimal patient satisfaction and care experience.
Administer medications utilizing advanced clinical documentation technology.
Provide patient and family-centered care for health and wellness optimization.
Collaborate interdisciplinary in managing patient care plans from admission to discharge.
Requirements
Education: BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years
Experience: At least 2 years critical care RN experience
Licenses & Certifications: Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license
Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification required
ACLS required
