Overview:
Sentara CarePlex Hospital located is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Resource Pool.
Shift : Rotating
License and Certification
Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
Education
RN-Associate's Degree, or
RN-Bachelor's Degree, or
RN-Diploma, or
RN-Master's Degree
Experience Requirements : Registered Nurses require 18 months of recent experience in their specialty area i.e. ICU, OR, etc. to be eligible for the Resource Pool.
Work Requirements : Facility supported: Nurses are required to work assigned shifts in all units in their division of choice.
Flexi - Hours: The team member must enter at least 24 hours prescheduled time per calendar month in API. Of these prescheduled hours, 8 hours scheduled on a weekend shift and 8 hours on an off-shift

Resource Pool
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Sentara CarePlex Hospit a l , located in Hampton, VA, is a 224-bed technologically advanced, acute care facility, and Certified Primary Stroke Center.
