Rhodes Care Solutions RNs must be willing to travel to all three communities and pick up a minimum of two shifts per month.

A.G. Rhodes Care Solutions Registered Nurse ( RN ) Care partner qualifications include:
Current Georgia or Unencumbered RN License
Minimum of 2 years experience in LTC/skilled nursing setting required
CPR/First Aid Certification required
Agency/multi-site experience preferred
Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
Memory Care experience preferred
Genuine passion for working with elders
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to foster team work with fellow care partners
Superb documentation skills (electronic charting experience with Point Click Care preferred)
Strong organization and time management skills
