Job description
Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care provides direct patient care in a 25-bed unit specializing in Med Surg and occasional trach patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Promote patient and family-centered care
Educate patients on illness management and post-treatment needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Ensure communication across care continuum
Participate in safety, quality, and professional development activities
Develop personalized care plans aligned with standards of nursing practice
Evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural factors
Qualifications & Skills:
Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required
RN license mandatory
Bachelor's degree preferred
no prior experience necessary
ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment

excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Additional Details:
