Job description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an Acute Care role in a hospital unit.
Key responsibilities include: providing direct patient care, assessing and planning individualized care plans, educating patients and families, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Qualifications: Nursing diploma or associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred. RN license is mandatory. No prior experience necessary, but less than two years of experience is preferred.
Skills and qualities: strong assessment and critical thinking skills, ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, and commitment to patient-centered care.
Additional duties: participate in professional development, communicate care plans effectively, and promote a healing environment. The role is safety-sensitive, requiring constant alertness.
