Job description
Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities include:
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the care team.
Monitoring patient conditions, maintaining documentation, and ensuring safety and confidentiality.
Serving as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, and educating patients and families.
Participating in performance improvement initiatives and supporting shared governance.
Mentoring and fostering growth of fellow nurses, promoting professionalism and teamwork.
Supporting organizational standards, safety protocols, and professional development.
Qualifications and Skills:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
Current BLS certification.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
