Job description
The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role within an interdisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, safe patient care in a clinical setting.
Key responsibilities include performing the nursing process with evidence-based practice, providing patient-centered care tailored to individual and cultural needs, and fostering effective partnerships with patients and families.
They coordinate care delivery and documentation , promote teamwork and collaboration , and support performance improvement initiatives, including research and evidence-based practices.
Professional development involves completing mandatory education, serving as a preceptor or mentor , and participating in clinical research activities.
Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact), and Basic Life Support certification .
