Role Overview
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and deliver care as outlined.
Communicate effectively with the care team, prioritize patient flow, and maintain accurate documentation.
Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring satisfaction.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development.
Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment aligned with shared governance principles.
Qualifications & Skills
Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred).
Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum of one year of nursing experience required for PRN roles.
Additional Details
The role involves working night shifts, with at least three shifts per four weeks, in a supportive healthcare environment committed to excellence, compassion, and professional growth.
