Job description
Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, they ensure a compassionate, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, assisting with care plans and promoting patient outcomes.
Deliver safe, effective care in accordance with policies, maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.
Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating with families and staff.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas for process enhancements, and support organizational goals.
Maintain professional licenses and certifications, engage in ongoing training, and pursue professional growth.
Mentor and support colleagues, foster a positive work environment, and uphold professional standards and integrity.
Qualifications & Skills
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
Experience in direct patient care is preferred.
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
