Job description
Role
Registered Nurse providing quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative team environment. Serves as a key communicator between patients, families, and care providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Monitor patient conditions, assist with care plans, prioritize daily patient flow, document assessments and interventions, advocate for patient needs, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives. Support professional growth, mentorship, and uphold safety and confidentiality standards. Participate in shared governance and organizational activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree; valid RN license (single or multi-state); BLS certification; experience in direct patient care preferred. Demonstrates strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and commitment to professional development. Upholds ethical standards and fosters a positive work environment.
Additional Duties
Support organizational policies, contribute to quality and safety initiatives, and engage in ongoing education and leadership activities to enhance patient outcomes and staff collaboration.
