Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans, ensuring safety and compliance.
Assist in delivering care according to established policies, prioritizing patient needs, and coordinating daily patient flow.
Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing health education, and communicating with families and staff.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals for quality and satisfaction.
Maintain professional licenses, pursue ongoing education, and contribute to a positive work environment through mentorship and teamwork.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
Required certifications include BLS.
Experience in direct patient care preferred.
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
