Job description
Registered Nurse providing quality patient care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care plans; monitor patient conditions; document assessments and interventions; advocate for patients and communicate with families and care teams; participate in performance improvement initiatives; support shared governance; mentor and develop colleagues; uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; experience with direct patient care preferred; strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
