Job description
Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a team setting.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care and prioritize patient flow; document assessments and interventions; advocate for patients and educate families; participate in performance improvement initiatives; support shared governance and professional growth; mentor colleagues; ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred; valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact); current BLS certification; strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills; commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
