Job description
Role: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. They serve as a primary communicator between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver care according to established policies.
Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, offering health education, and maintaining confidentiality.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing professional development.
Mentor and support peers, uphold professional standards, and promote the nursing profession.
Support shared governance and organizational goals through active engagement and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
Current RN licensure (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
Experience with direct patient care preferred.
Strong communication, judgment, and teamwork skills.
