About This Role
The Registered Nurse - RN in Adult Psychiatry 6South at NewYork-Presbyterian provides compassionate care to patients dealing with psychiatric illness or substance addiction. This per diem night shift position is ideal for nurses seeking flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.

What You'll Do
Provide nursing care to patients in the adult psychiatry unit.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care as necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
Experience:
At least 1 year of previous experience in inpatient psychiatric nursing preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
Current New York State RN license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
