Aspen Meadows Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team!

As an RN, you will play an important role in providing comprehensive nursing care, overseeing resident care, supporting nursing staff, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive outcomes and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans

Assess resident conditions and recognize changes in health status

Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions

Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans as appropriate

Supervise and coordinate resident care with LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff

Provide clinical guidance, support, and direction to nursing team members

Communicate significant changes in resident condition to physicians and appropriate healthcare providers

Assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, care planning, and other clinical processes

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other interdisciplinary team members

Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life

Maintain professional nursing standards and infection prevention practices

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team

Qualifications

Required:

Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program

Current and active RN license in the State of Montana

Strong clinical, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment

Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care

Preferred:

Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute care, assisted living, memory care, or geriatric nursing

Experience with assessments, care planning, medication administration, and clinical documentation

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Previous charge nurse, supervisory, or leadership experience
