Job description
Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiac Cath Lab, providing specialized patient care in a high-quality hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care, assess and develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families on managing their health, and promote safety, quality, and compliance.
Participate in professional development and ensure communication across care teams.
Utilize critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
Qualifications & Skills
Required: Nursing diploma/associate's degree, RN license, and 3+ years of cardiac or critical care experience.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing and less than 2 years of experience.
Certifications: BLS and ACLS (must obtain within 90 days if not already certified).
Key Duties:
Provide outpatient diagnostic services, participate in patient education, ensure safety, and contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment.
